Even before any votes were tallied, Trump lawyer Christina Bobb made it clear that Republicans would be claiming fraud in the 2022 midterm races they lose. Bobb also works as an anchor on Right Side Broadcasting. She told her audience, “I expect to know who won by like the middle of the night, maybe very, very early Wednesday morning. If we don't and if Democrats try to extend the vote, I think they're going to have a very, very hard time doing it with any level of credibility.” Of course, determining who won an election sometimes takes days or weeks when they are close and accuracy is prioritized over urgency. But also, Bobb is being dishonest when she says Democrats want to “extend the vote” by implying that people will be voting after Election Day just because all the votes may not yet be counted.
