Last week, The David Pakman Show covered a story about how Trump White House staffers would frequently have to tape together documents Trump ripped up in accordance with presidential records requirements. We’re now learning that other staffers who were on board with the destruction of documents frequently put papers into “burn bags” so they could be sent to the Pentagon for incineration. It was up to the aides to determine which documents would need to be saved and which would need to be burned.

According to an allegation made by Omarosa Manigault Newman in 2018, Trump once ate a piece of paper that had sensitive information on it to keep it off the record. One of the biggest issues in the 2016 election was Hillary Clinton’s untrustworthiness with top-secret information because of her email scandal, but Trump regularly tore up documents and sent them to be incinerated, yet he never got anything close to the level of scrutiny that Clinton did.
