As expected, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and the Internal Revenue Service have failed to deliver the past six years of Donald Trump's taxes to the House Ways and Means Committee, as requested by Rep. Richard Neal (D-MA). Sec. Mnuchin says he won't deliver the returns until he's certain the request is legal, despite the fact that the request was made under a 1920s law that allows members of the House Ways and Means Committee to request such documents.
