The Environmental Protection Agency has suspended enforcement of environmental rules over the coronavirus pandemic. David Pakman discusses this "big grift," as he calls it. "In times of strife, you've got to be very careful about people that are looking to take advantage of the situation." And in this case, "industry has successfully lobbied the EPA," says Pakman.
