What's Next for The Climate Crisis After COP 26?

At COP 26, leaders from nearly 200 nations joined the Glasgow Climate Pact, but environmentalists condemned the watered down language which allows for continued fossil fuel use.

This is no surprise considering more than 500 fossil fuel lobbyists attended the summit.

Meanwhile the Biden administration is selling off oil and gas leases, and is refusing to shut down new fossil fuel infrastructure like the Line 3 pipeline which transports tar sands oil from Canada.

Groups like 350.org are calling for community resistance to stop all oil, coal and gas projects from being built. One way is through the growing divestment movement to defund the fossil fuel industry.  You can demand your banks and pension funds divest from fossil fuels. Find out how at 350.org. We can raise our voices and demand a future that’s just and safe for all.
