Trump Rioters Getting Lighter Sentences Than Recommended

Despite claims to the contrary about their "treatment," 2/3 of Trump rioters so far are getting lighter sentences than those recommended by the prosecution. On a case-by-case basis, Trump supporters have been critical of the sentences, but data show that they are more likely to "get off easy."

Furthermore, as David Pakman discusses, Trump supporters are also suddenly worried about prison conditions for January 6th rioters. As David points out, the left has been raising issues of conditions for prisoners for a long time.
