Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, delivered explosive testimony before the January 6th Committee regarding her encounters with former President Donald Trump. According to Hutchinson’s testimony, Trump was so determined to attend the January 6th riot that he assaulted a member of the Secret Service and attempted to commandeer a vehicle in order to be present during the armed insurrection. Hutchinson also testified that Trump would regularly become so irate that he would shatter tableware and throw his food against the walls of the White House, staining them with ketchup.
