The recent indictment of Donald Trump in the Stormy Daniels hush money payment case is likely just the beginning of the former president’s legal troubles. The investigation out of Georgia looking into whether Trump committed election fraud when he pressured Brad Raffensperger into finding him 11,780 votes is wrapping up soon and more charges could be coming Trump’s way. The Fulton County District Attorney in Georgia is expected to announce in the coming weeks whether she will file charges against Trump and his allies for their efforts to overturn the state's 2020 presidential election results. Trump could end up facing charges in no fewer than four separate criminal investigations by the summer's end. While the indictment from the Stormy Daniels case represents a legal threat, the others may carry a greater risk of serious consequences, including possible prison sentences.
