An elementary school art teacher who was suspended for showing her class a picture of her wife has reached a $100,000 settlement. Stacy Bailey was introducing herself to her 4th grade class, and showing them a slideshow of her friends and family, including her then fiancé. A parent complained that Bailey was "promoting the homosexual agenda," and she was suspended for eight months. Two years later, the Mansfield Independent School District settled, agreeing to pay Bailey $100,000 and implement an LGBTQ training for the districts H.R. and counseling staff. Gay USA hosts, Andy Humm and Ann Northrop, discuss the case and the settlement.
