Wade, many smaller courts in various states are setting regulations to continue supporting the overturn, or fighting against the overturn. States such as Texas are now going to issue felonies for those who seek out-of-state abortion care, with the option of private citizens able to sue that out-of-state provider as well. Missouri is now considering passing the same law.
