The search warrant against MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell leading to the seizure of his phone outside a Hardee’s restaurant has now been released and it shows he could be in some major trouble. The warrant had a section that included a list of everything to be seized, naming his cellphone which was believed to have “fruits, evidence, or instrumentalities of violations” related to “identity theft,” “intentional damage to a protected computer,” and “conspiracy to cufflink identity theft and/or cause intentional damage to a protected computer.” All of this suggests that Lindell may have damaged Dominion voting machines and perhaps tried to delete the evidence afterward. For all the concern Lindell pretends to have about the sanctity of the voting process, it could end up being him who faces charges for trying to tamper with elections.
