Is It a Spy Balloon?

The balloon in the sky was believed to belong to the Chinese Government. The balloon was the size of three buses and is something that has been and can be used for military purposes. The Pentagon was monitoring the balloon and saw no sign of threats, but the decision was made to shoot it down. The Chinese say this was an accident.
