Is Biden Willing and Able to Restore Abortion Access Nationwide?

Even though it was utterly predictable to observers of abortion rights that the U.S. Supreme Court would overturn Roe Vs. Wade, Democratic politicians appear to be caught off guard. President Joe Biden responded to activist pressure by signing an executive order promoting existing federal abortion protections while Health Secretary Xavier Becerra simply said there was “no magic bullet” to restore access to reproductive care.
