The January 6 Committee hearings teed up disclosures about the role played in the insurrection scheme by fraudulent electors in swing states, and as your program plans its coverage of that issue, I wanted to make sure Jeff Mandell was on your radar as available for commentary or interviews. There is currently only one active attempt in the nation to hold these fraudulent electors accountable, and that's the lawsuit filed last month in Wisconsin against that state's slate of 10 fraudulent electors. This one-of-a-kind lawsuit was filed by Jeff’s non-profit, non-partisan firm Law Forward. A hearing dedicated to fraudulent electors is expected to be a part of June’s prime time schedule.
