Lindsey Graham is now wanting to propose a new bill that could change the restricted abortion laws nationally. Many of those that stood with the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and leave the decision up to each state individually are no longer as forward about their stance as they're seeing the nation not agree with the decision moving into the Midterm Elections.
