Bob Cesca joins The Stephanie Miller Show to discuss Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema's refusal to vote in favor of eliminating the filibuster to secure voting rights. Cesca says that Mitch McConnell will end the legislative filibuster just "as soon as he gets the chance," and instead of being able to "shore up voting rights," we'll get to see how quickly McConnell moves his agenda through the Senate.
