Bloomberg Surges to 13%+ in Multiple Polls

Michael Bloomberg surges to 13% and 14%, respectively, in two recent polls, as he continues to pour money into advertising. The DNC recently changed the rules from requiring candidates to hit individual contribution marks to get on the debate stage. This helps Bloomberg, because he is not taking individual contributions. Instead, the DNC is requiring polling of at least 10% in approved polls.
