Bernie Sanders Tackles Inequality A Year Into Pandemic

Sonali Kolhatkar speaks with Sarah Anderson about how Bernie Sanders tackles inequality a year into the COVID-19 pandemic.

Senator Bernie Sanders, chair of the Senate Budget Committee last week introducing a hearing on inequality in the United States. He had invited Jennifer Bates, an Amazon worker, to discuss the union efforts in Bessemer, Alabama, as well as Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos. Bates accepted the invitation, but Bezos did not. Also invited to speak at the hearing was my guest Sarah Anderson.
