Mark Bankston, the plaintiff’s attorney in the Alex Jones / Sandy Hook family defamation lawsuit, revealed last week that Jones sent a non-consensual nude picture of his own wife to Trump confidant Roger Stone. Bankston received years worth of text messages from Jones’s attorney, who infamously never recognized the mistake or moved to make the communications privileged.
He was then able to catch Jones in a number of lies on cross-examination, leaving Infowars scrambling to explain away his contradictions. Then last week, Bankston went on The Young Turks for an interview with Ana Kasparian and mentioned that in Jones’s texts, he saw the nude photo sent to Stone. Bankston said, “when I see that, and I don’t see any indication that it was [consensual], I’m concerned something might not be on the up and up with that. There are certain laws in certain states about that.” Since this has come out, Jones’s wife Erika Wulff Jones has confirmed that the sending of the picture was non-consensual, meaning Alex may have gotten himself into even more trouble.
