Alex Jones has announced an “emergency blowout sale” following the news that his Infowars company has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Jones said that there’s no time to wait and pushed his merchandise, including books, films, t-shirts, and his famous supplements. One might think that Jones should have tried this “emergency blowout sale” before declaring bankruptcy, but that would work against what he’s trying to accomplish. Jones wants to avoid having to pay the family members of Sandy Hook victims whom he defamed, and bankruptcy is a tool that will allow him to do that while running his business. Hopefully, this doesn’t work out for him, and the families can collect what they deserve, and maybe that will include the proceeds from this “emergency blowout sale.”
