President Biden has announced that he will deliver eight hundred million dollars in weaponry to Ukraine in support of their ongoing war with Russia. Russia's latest attack was in Mariupol, Ukraine which destroyed a Maternity hospital. Biden is now considering this attack on Ukraine a genocide.
