Governor McNally is now speaking out about the comments he made under a twenty-year-old Instagram post. He says that he was trying to encourage the young man. The Instagram account holder posted that he is a self-proclaimed "hoe," and that was the post the Governor liked. There has also been a photo of the Governor dressed in drag.
