BARDA's vaccine director, Dr. Rick Bright, has been removed from his position after refusing to promote chloroquine as a treatment for coronavirus. Now we know that chloroquine is not only ineffective, but could be dangerous to people with COVID-19. Trump claimed that he "never heard of him," when asked in about Bright's removal.
