Donald Trump is going ballistic over New York Attorney General Letitia James suing him and making a criminal referral over alleged financial improprieties at the Trump Organization. The former president went on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to complain about the mess he’s in and didn’t do himself any favors. Trump said, “we've been going over this for years. And I actually thought because our values are really high, the company is great. I built a great company like places like this, so many other places that I have like this . . . I thought because she didn't have a case, I was of the impression she wanted to settle, but I had a problem because how do you pay something, even if it's a small amount of money if you're not guilty?” Even when facing a criminal referral, Trump can’t help himself but brag about how wonderful his properties supposedly are. Clearly, Trump has no interest in discussing the substance of the investigation because he doesn’t have much of a case to defend himself.
