Donald Trump targets 17-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg during a statement at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
First, Trump brought up that she "beat (him) out on Time magazine." That is no doubt a sore spot for Trump who obsesses over the cover of Time.
Then, Trump criticized Thunberg for not focusing on other countries. The U.S. he says is "doing better now than we've ever done in terms of cleanliness."
"That's wrong," says David Pakman. "The United States is a huge disproportionate polluter and user of fossil fuels on a per capita basis."
