Trump Declares Himself Christian Savior in Interview

Donald Trump was interviewed on the Christian Broadcasting Network this week, where he declared that he’s a savior. The former president said, “nobody has done more for Christianity, nobody has done more for the religion of all types than me. . . . I’ve always said it. They are against organized religion. They are against Christianity.” Of course, the left is not against Christianity and religion. What progressives are against is religious beliefs being brought into politics and violating the principle of separation between church and state. Trump in the interview went on to talk about his endorsement record so far this election season and Disney being against Florida’s Don’t Say Gay bill. This was yet another strange interview featuring Donald Trump, especially since he had to make an effort to pretend that he’s religious.
