Donald Trump is speaking up about Monday’s FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida with several posts to Truth Social. One such post read, “A horrible thing that occurred yesterday at Mar-a-Lago. We are no better than a third-world country, a banana republic.” Of course, what would make America a “third world country” and a “banana republic” would be if powerful people were viewed as above the law. Trump baselessly accused Joe Biden of knowing about the raid, despite reports that the president knew nothing about it. He said, “Biden knew all about this, just like he knew all about Hunter’s ‘deals.’” Finally, Trump made it seem like the raid on his home was a threat to every American, typing, “What took place yesterday, and long before, was an unprecedented infringement of the rights of every American citizen. Scam after Scam, year after year, it is all the Radical Left Democrats know, it is their lifeblood - they have no shame. Our Country is paying a very big price!!!” The grievances surely will continue for Donald Trump, who is having perhaps the worst week of his entire life.
