What was supposed to be a traffic stop has resulted in the death of an unarmed man in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The officer, who is remaining unidentified is being placed on leave until the ongoing investigation is completed. The victim, Patrick Lyoya, was a father of two and a refugee from Congo.
