It has become very clear that the U.S. and world are incredibly unprepared for a bigger disaster than the one we're currently facing. David Pakman doesn't want to minimize the current crisis we're facing. "We've been covering it as a crisis. We've got to social distance, self isolate, all of that stuff," he says. But, what does the reaction to this crisis reveal about preparedness for "a nuclear attack, a flu pandemic with a really high death rate," for example.
