Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen announces a lawsuit against Donald Trump for alleged "retaliatory imprisonment."
If you don't recall, Michael Cohen was in jail for a year after being sentenced to 3 years after pleading guilty to tax evasion and campaign finance violations. When COVID hit, Cohen was released from jail to spend his remaining sentence under house arrest. A couple weeks later, he was brought back in and spent a few weeks in solitary confinement.
A federal judge then ordered Cohen to be returned to home confinement saying Cohen's return to jail had been "retaliatory."
