In leaked audio and video, Donald Trump says during a private dinner with Lev Parnas, who he recently claimed not to know, that Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch must be "taken out."

"This is dead to rights," says Pakman who points out that this tape confirms "Trump knows who Yovanovitch is and is calling for her removal."It also confirms that he knows Lev Parnas who has repeatedly claimed to not know.

Republicans are responding to this by not focusing on the contents of the leak, but instead complaining about the fact that there is a leak.
