Judge David Carter worries that if those who were responsible for the conduct held during Biden's 2020 Election win are not held accountable for their actions, the insurrection committed on January 6th may repeat itself. Attorneys are in disagreement with the Judges' findings. The Judge has ordered that certain documents be turned in. Of the one hundred eleven documents that court officials are wanting to look at, only ten are not needed.
