The House of Representatives on Wednesday voted to impeach President Donald Trump over his role in inciting the Capitol riot last week that led to at least 5 deaths. Trump makes history for becoming the first President ever to be impeached twice. House Democrats moved with lightning speed to introduce an article of impeachment, debate it, and vote on it.
