Anti-democratic forces in the Senate continue to attack voting rights, blocking two critical pieces of legislation. At the state level, 33 new laws now make it harder for Americans to vote, particularly marginalized voters and voters of color. The midterms are looming and the Right continues to spread the Big Lie of voter fraud in an attempt to sabotage our elections. Don’t be deterred, your vote matters. It decides who will represent us in Congress but also who is sitting on the Supreme Court. Congress must act now to protect our democracy so all voters are guaranteed access to the ballot.
