It wasn't just a snowstorm that took out electricity in Texas. It was George Bush, Ken Lay and deregulation. Texas is being ripped off for electricity – all due to George W. Bush doing favors on deregulation for friends in TX. And today, Texans are paying the price... literally. And some have died.
