A Texas judge is now wanting to ban the abortion pill Mifepristone after twenty years of being approved by the FDA. The Justice Department has filed an emergency appeal calling the decision "extraordinary and unprecedented." The judge believes this drug will overwhelm the medical field as one receive to ban the pill.
