Voting Rights Under Attack: Elections 2018 — The Progressive Path Forward

In this episode, three legal experts discuss voting rights and equality, and many of the hot-button issues in the news now including the “extreme gerrymandering” cases now before the U.S. Supreme Court; the Pennsylvania gerrymandering case that led the state Supreme Court to throw out the partisan districts drawn up by Republican state legislature; and voter ID laws such as the one now being tested in Kansas.

Best-selling author and television and radio host, Laura Flanders, hosts this episode. Produced by Globalvision and taped at the MNN El Barrio Firehouse Community Media Center in East Harlem, this episode is a co-production of Free Speech TV and Manhattan Neighborhood Network.
