Lydia Fiser is a journalist and social worker with more than 15 years experience in social justice media, policy, and education. Her journalism experience includes The New York Times, publications by the Center for American Progress, and co-founding of a Florida social justice magazine. She currently serves on the Restorative Justice board of her local municipal court.

Mark Winston Griffith is an independent journalist (School Colors podcast) and community organizer (Brooklyn Movement Center founder). He serves on the board of The City, a NYC digital news nonprofit.

Jon Stout co-founded FSTV in 1995 and previously served as ED of LA Filmforum and Publicist of Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center (Buffalo). Jon was a founding board member of Working Films, and a recipient (with FSTV) of the National Professional Freedom & Responsibility Award.
