After five people were murdered in Colorado at an LGBTQ Nightclub by a far-right gunman with ties to elected MAGA politicians, Herschel Walker is trying to fire up his supporters with a campaign ad targeting transgender people. Rhetoric from GOP officials against transgender people has increased, leading to increased attacks on LGBTQ people. Only time will tell if Walker’s supporters pick up guns as the Club Q shooter did.
