A make-believe case has risen in the Colorado court from a business owner that feels she should not have to create art or take on a job where the client may not be one that fits her religious beliefs. In this case, the discriminated party would be the LGBTQ+ community, but in the long run could have an effect on African Americans, Asian Americans, women, etc. A case like this can open many doors for blatant racism and discrimination. If a decision was made to overturn who can be discriminated against, it would set society back hundreds of years.
