The new Counsel has asked that the Court hold Donald Trump in contempt for not complying when asked to return the classified documents earlier this year. Though this request was not granted, the Counsel team had a big win with the last of the documents being returned. Prosecutors are also looking into Trump's actions in whether or not he aided in the insurrection on January 6, 2020. They will also be looking into possible financial crimes, which will dig into Trump's post-election fundraising system "Save America."
