The DOJ has not only appealed the Judge's ruling in the investigation of Mar-a-Lago, but they're also giving the Judge a two-part appeal to make it right. The now-life-appointed Federal Judge has never served as a Judge in her career. The records found are not personal records of the former President, they belong to the Government which is evident in the markings on the front.
