Starbucks is pushing back, really hard, to try and prevent unionization. 50 stores have had elections and succeeded in forming a union. However, Starbucks is doing all it can to build an anti-union campaign. There are another 200 stores where votes are being organized. Starbucks has now offered additional benefits to employees – providing – they vote not to join a union.
