The Iowa Democratic Party had one task this week, which they spent months preparing for, carrying off the nation’s first primary without a hitch.
But, on Monday night as observers around the nation nervously watched for results to see if their favorite candidate would reign supreme, nothing was announced.
Eventually, the delays were attributed to a software app that had not been properly tested. Iowa Democratic Party officials said they were checking the veracity of the results.
