Dissecting Biden’s State of the Union Address
President Joe Biden in his State of the Union address last week appeared defiant, energized, and ready to take on the Republican Party. YES! Magazine’s Chris Winters called such addresses, “the best-uninterrupted opportunity presidents have to shape public perceptions of their administration and the country as a whole.” But he concluded that “Biden is past his prime.”
