We learned in the January 6th hearing yesterday that the committee voted 9-0 to subpoena former President Donald Trump due to his involvement in inciting violence on January 6, 2020. Though there is a doubt that he will show up in court because he is no longer President he has no executive privilege and could eventually be found in contempt of the courts. Randi shares her opinion on what she thinks he's going to try next.
