CNN poll shows that 9 out of 10 people believe there is a mental health crisis in the United States. This comes from a partner study with Kaiser Family Foundation. Since COVID-19, there has been an increase in suicides and drug overdoses. Some of the issues brought forth are the opioid epidemic, stress or anxiety from politics, youth mental health, loneliness, and more. 20% of Americans would describe their mental health as fair or poor.
