The discussion on Fox News has turned to the supposed political issue of low-flow plumbing and appliances. Tudor Dixon, a failed Trump-endorsed candidate for Michigan governor, complained that her toilet wasn't flushing properly, and this prompted Sean Hannity to express his concern that he might lose his stove and dishwasher next. The conversation was sparked by Trump's infamous statements in 2019 about having to flush toilets 10 to 15 times. Of course, we later learned that Trump had a tendency to flush documents he wanted to hide from official records, and that could have been causing his clogging issue. Dixon also referred to the EPA's review of water regulations on shower heads and faucets. Of course, the regulations on plumbing have not changed significantly under the Biden administration, but that’s what Trump and right-wing media want people to believe.
