Police in Bethel, Ohio stand idly by as a peaceful protester is physically attacked by counter protesters. The protester points out to the policeman in front of him that he was just attacked, and the policeman simply yells at him. The words he is saying cannot be made out in the video. When the protester asks where he is allowed to protest, the officer replies, "Cincinnati," and the counter protesters begin a chorus of chanting "Cincinnati."
