I’m watching FSTV on a streaming app and saw an advertisement when I loaded the livestream or episode on-demand. What’s up with that? I thought FSTV was ad-free?
In order to become available to larger audiences, we are expanding to new digital platforms like Apple TV, Roku, Android TV, FireTV, Vizio, LG, Samsung, Sling TV, on iOS and Android apps, and more. Some of those platforms require that we allow limited on-screen advertising. The good news is they also share some of the funds with FSTV and maintain a firewall between advertisers and the network, keeping us 100% free of corporate influence.
